Can I choose a ready design or create my own?

Both. Shop our graphic designs, or create your own shirt with your text, photo, logo, or artwork.

How long does preparation take?

We prepare orders to ship within 3 business days after payment and all required artwork and design details are received. Carrier transit time is additional. This is preparation time, not a promise of delivery within 3 days. See our shipping policy for delivery information.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available in Pittsburgh when shown at checkout. Select pickup and wait for your ready-for-pickup email and instructions before arriving.

How do I choose a size?

Compare the width and length of a T-shirt you like with our size guide. Measure the shirt laid flat. Available colors and sizes are shown on each product page.

What is included with a custom shirt?

One printed side, front or back, is included at the displayed price. For printing on both sides, sleeves, or multiple locations, request a quote before ordering.

What artwork can I upload?

The custom-shirt designer accepts PNG, JPG, and PDF files. PNG and JPG files show a placement preview and effective DPI estimate. PDFs attach to the order without an image preview or DPI estimate. Use clear original artwork you own or have permission to print. Read our custom shirt guide for more help.

Will the finished print match the preview exactly?

The designer preview is a placement guide. We review the original artwork before printing; screen colors and mockup proportions can differ from the finished shirt. Include important placement or color instructions with your order.

Can you make shirts for my business, team, or event?

Yes—send a quote request with your quantity, size breakdown, shirt colors, artwork, print locations, and required date. We will discuss the details before you order.

How should I wash my shirt?

Turn it inside out, wash cold, and avoid ironing over the print. Follow the garment label and our care guide.

What if I need help with an order or return?

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our returns and refund policy explains the applicable terms.
